William Duane Horton

Founder, President & CEO

Duane leads the vertically integrated team, specializing in identifying large-scale properties that are inherently desirable but untapped, and working through the complex development challenges that unlock them. He has built since high school and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Georgia Tech.

He spearheaded the McLemore Resort & Community development, orchestrated $75 million in retail investment raises, and secured $150 million in economic-development incentives.
